Saving for a rainy day or for something specific in the future is always a good idea. Our credit union is based on members saving a little every day and slowly building up their funds, these funds are then lent out to other members – co-operation at its finest!

Savers can also participate directly in the management of Tullamore Credit Union through the Annual General Meeting, where the Board of Directors are elected from among the membership.
We make saving into your shares union account convenient and easy with a variety of options:
Direct debit – call into our office with your bank IBAN and BIC codes and we’ll help you set up a regular payment
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – pay money into your account electronically using your eight digit EFT code
Payroll deduction – you’ll need to speak to your employer to do this.
Counter payment – pop into our office with a cheque, draft or cash and we’ll do the transaction for you
Post – send your cheque or draft to Tullamore Credit Union Limited, Patrick Street, Tullamore, Co Offaly. Always remember to include your account number

The more you save, the greater the dividend you will receive
You need a balance of only €5 in your account to keep your account active
Eligible members have their savings insured for a maximum sum of €8,000 (terms and conditions apply)
