As a member-focused organisation, we know that this is a worrying time for our members. We want to make your everyday financial transactions as simple as possible.


We have introduced a number of measures to protect both our members’ health and that of our staff – we would greatly appreciate if you could co-operate with our requests. 


Please remember that we are open for essential transactions only – if you can avoid coming to the office, please do so – stay at home if you can!


Day-To-Day Transactions


Our office is open as usual – Monday to Saturday.


We have a hand sanitising station at the front door and have social distancing markers along the floor and at each teller position.


Using our On-line Services


Our on-line services are comprehensive and easy to use.


You can register in a few simple steps – and now might be the ideal time to do so! Click here for more details.


If you are registered on-line, you can view your credit union account, transfer money both in and out of your account and set up payees, to pay bills etc.


You can use our cuAnywhere app, on your phone, which is available FREE from the app store to do the same.

Our new current account debit card will allow you to spend your money, without having to use cash – which is what is preferred by most shops, as it adheres to social distancing requirements.


The contactless amount on our debit card will be increased to €50 from the 1st April.


Loan repayments


Payments to accounts may be made over the phone using your debit card, just call 0579351780 and press 3 for payments.
