Terms and Conditions
The event will be taking place in Lough Boora Discovery Park on Saturday 16th of July from 12-3pm
There is limited availability of tickets (500 in total)
Allocation of tickets will be on a first come first served basis to existing and new junior members of Tullamore Credit Union Ltd only (under 16)
Tickets for children (defined as members under 16 years) will include – One free ice cream cone – one free face painting session – one free refreshment- this can be a tea/americano, soft drink or bottle of water– one free balloon model- one trip into Fairy Avenue
Acceptance of a ticket will automatically mean that you ARE consenting to have your attending party’s photograph taken on the day, which will be used for marketing material for Tullamore Credit Union Ltd and will be published on the credit union Facebook page, website and in the local press. If you or any member of your family would prefer to not have your photograph taken YOU MUST make yourself known to a member of staff when signing into Lough Boora Parklands on the day. You will be given a TCU bracelet that you will have to wear on the day – this signifies your preference regarding photos.
Children must be supervised at all times by the adult accompanying them to the event
No alcohol will be permitted in the event area at any time during the event
Competitions – There will be a children’s talent competition and a fancy-dress competition – please register for these competitions when signing in.
Prizes will be awarded, and acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use the relevant winners name and address for purposes of advertising, promotion or publicity in the media, without additional compensation.
Free bicycle hire ticket will be allocated on the day to any junior member who wishes to avail of one. The ticket must be redeemed between 16th of July and 28th of August 2022.
