Tullamore Credit Union announces launch date for Community Support Fund 2025!
‘Our largest ever sponsorship fund – the Community Support Fund 2025 – will open for applications on Saturday 1st of February and remain open until Friday 28th of February.
The fund has provided sponsorship of approx €390,000 since its’ inception in 2011. The amount allocated it has grown each year, with €60,000 made available last year, to coincide with the credit union’s 60th anniversary celebrations.
This year, the Board of Directors and Chairperson Eileen Brophy are delighted to advise that the fund has been increased to €100,000. This shows our continued commitment of supporting our local community groups, sports clubs and schools throughout our common bond’ Caitriona Lawlor, Member Engagement Lead of the credit union announced this week.
Paul Shaw, CEO of the credit union said The Community Support Fund is the Credit Union’s way of giving back to the community; it is an event that is positive, heart-warming and uplifting – and helps ensure that vital community groups can continue to develop and thrive.
Application forms will be available on the Credit Union website www.tullamorecu.ie; in the offices on Patrick St Tullamore and Main St Kilcormac or by emailing marketing@tullamorecu.ie
Remember applications will only be accepted between February 1st and 28th – so if you are a member of a community group, club or other similar association, within the Tullamore Credit Union common bond area – get your form, get it filled and get it in to us!!
