We would like to remind our members to be ‘Fraud Aware’ – we have been advised that there is a ‘phishing’ fraud scam currently circulating – phishing is a way of trying to get information from a person by pretending to be someone else.
It seems that credit union members are being asked for their log-in credentials and One Time Passcodes.
We NEVER ask members for their login details or OTP information.
