Fraud Awareness Tips

Be Fraud Aware – Protect Your Account

With an increase in fraudulent activity targeting Credit Union Members nationwide, we are urging all Tullamore Credit Union Members to be extra cautious when it comes to suspicious phone calls, texts, emails, or websites.

🚫 Never:

  • Share your account, debit card, or login details by phone, text, or email

  • Click on links in messages claiming to be from us

  • Install software or apps at someone’s request

We will never ask for your PIN, one-time passcodes, or to verify your account via a link.

✅ Stay Safe:

  • Hang up on suspicious calls

  • Delete unexpected messages—don’t click links

  • Contact us directly if unsure

Criminals can make messages look real—always double-check.

If you’re ever in doubt, call us at Tullamore Credit Union before taking any action.
